This podcast episode is about the future of the Protestant people of Baden. They were once at the top. They had the greatest freedom. They had their own capital, their own territory, their own independent Protestant church, their own culture and their own dialect. Shortly after the Second World War, however, the decline began. The capital was lost to the Swabians, the territory crumbled more and more, and soon, the end of the Baden Unified Church was in sight.
