When to Leave a People's Territory

Hello and welcome! I am Henning Dierolf, the host of the Heyrolf podcast.

In this podcast, I explain how things usually unfold when someone who does not belong at heart to the local ruling people and is the target of harmful religious group dynamics strives for more freedom and a sustainable life for himself and his people to whom he belongs at heart.

At the beginning of June 2025, Henning noticed that it was already summer in Malta. While buying some painkillers at the pharmacy, the pharmacists told Henning that Malta would have the first heatwave of the year that weekend!

An acquaintance from South Africa told Henning that it was the opposite down south and confirmed conclusively that as June arrived, so did the cold weather.

But, just like every year, she will fly to England in July to be with her two sons, who have been living and working in England for a long time.

Henning would like to buy a house in Bournemouth, England, if he had more money. It is much greener there, the summers are not so hot, and the winters are mild.

However, England has not yet become affordable for Henning.

Just imagining that he would probably need a caregiver in a few decades due to disability, age, and illness made Henning feel very uneasy about the prospect of living in England.

As long as Henning lived in Gozo, with his pension and German state nursing care insurance, he could at least afford an Indian, Filipino or Nepalese caregiver to take care of him and help him at home.

In England, that would be unthinkable. Henning read that in England, daycare alone, if the caregiver does not even live in, usually costs between £5,000 and £9,000 per month, at the least!

Besides the cost of care, the rents are high and one has property taxes, safety concerns, high utility costs, less living space and high prices for good quality food and drink.

Henning hoped that the difficulties with the clergy and nobility in Malta would soon be resolved so that the toxic group dynamics in the religious realm would diminish.

The most effective approach to achieving this is to write about it and publish it. This may well be the only thing that really helps.

Usually, one eventually reaches a point where it becomes clear whether the nobility is sufficiently in one's favor, meaning that one has sufficient support to build on, or whether they are more likely to decide against one, refuse to accept and appreciate criticism, and are unwilling to change their position in one's favor.

If the latter is foreseeable, then it is high time to leave the territory of the people.

Henning was already in the process of relocating his company, Devarai, to London. He made this decision because the company’s income was low, and cutting administrative and accounting costs was necessary.

A small limited company in London costs less than a third of what it does in Malta, and Henning would then have a prestigious business address in Clerkenwell, central London.

An officially English company would also be much more attractive to investors as this move would bring fewer problems with banks, insurance companies, and Malta's poor business reputation.

In 2018, it was urgent for Henning to leave Bavaria and Germany.

If Henning had not emigrated to Malta at that time, he would probably no longer be with us.

The latter became obvious because when Henning self-published his book about human life, the Bavarian nobility gave him a final warning.

Talking badly about the pastor and the church among acquaintances and neighbors, setting an example by not paying church tax, and acting and gesturing as if one were an opponent of religion, non-practicing, and uninvolved in toxic religious group dynamics—all of this is mostly empty posturing and completely ineffective in putting a stop to the clergy and their church.

As long as one remains within such a framework, there is nothing to fear.

On the contrary, it is as if those who casually express their rejection of the church in everyday life are helping to expose those who are ultimately to blame for the fact that people can no longer relate to religion and the church and that the power and influence of the church are waning.

Those who mainly talk around the issue without making clear statements or providing background information, who never publish anything critical in written form, are actually always acting in the interests of the clergy and their church, a bit like an informer who is supposed to find out who is or could be problematic in their environment.

Any criticism of the church they verbalize should not stick to them in the long run. Therefore, they concentrate on doing this behind closed doors, mainly hypothetically, abstractly, and mostly only indirectly, and certainly not from their personal life experience and career circumstances. At best, they refer to others who are ultimately responsible for the criticism.

The ultimate goal is to prevent and eradicate those who actually have something well-founded (and possibly new) to say and write and are in a position to do so.

These people are the greatest danger to the clergy and the Church. Nothing is more effective in putting a stop to them than regularly writing and publishing. In this effort, it is best to draw on one’s own wealth of experience and illustrate the point using real-life examples.

If the clergy are put out of action, it will have a major impact on the assertiveness of the local nobility.

It's a bit like taking the knife out of their hands.

Wann man das Territorium eines Volkes verlassen sollte

Hallo und willkommen! Ich bin Henning Dierolf, der Gastgeber des Heyrolf-Podcasts.

In diesem Podcast erkläre ich, wie es normalerweise abläuft, wenn jemand, der im Herzen nicht zu dem vor Ort herrschenden Volk gehört und Zielscheibe einer schädlichen religiösen Gruppendynamik ist, mehr Freiheit und ein nachhaltiges Leben für sich und sein Volk, zu dem er im Herzen gehört, anstrebt.

Anfang Juni 2025 bemerkte Henning, dass es in Malta schon Sommer war. Als er in der Apotheke Schmerzmittel kaufte, erzählten ihm die Apotheker, dass Malta an diesem Wochenende die erste Hitzewelle des Jahres erleben würde!

Desweiteren erzählte ihm eine Bekannte aus Südafrika, dass es im Süden genau umgekehrt sei und bestätigte ihm, dass mit dem Juni auch das kalte Wetter komme.

Aber wie jedes Jahr würde sie im Juli nach England fliegen, um ihre beiden Söhne zu besuchen, die schon lange dort lebten und arbeiteten.

Henning würde gerne ein Haus in Bournemouth, England, kaufen, wenn er mehr Geld hätte. Dort sei es viel grüner, die Sommer nicht so heiß und die Winter mild.

Allerdings war England für Henning noch nicht erschwinglich.

Allein der Gedanke, dass er in ein paar Jahrzehnten aufgrund von Behinderung, Alter und Krankheit wahrscheinlich eine Pflegekraft brauchen würde, machte Henning sehr unruhig, was das Leben in England anging.

Solange Henning auf Gozo lebte, konnte er sich mit seiner Rente und der deutschen Pflegeversicherung zumindest eine indische, philippinische oder nepalesische Pflegekraft leisten, die sich um ihn kümmerte und ihm im Haushalt half.

In England wäre das undenkbar. Henning hatte gelesen, dass allein die Tagespflege, wenn die Pflegekraft nicht einmal im Haus wohnt, in England in der Regel mindestens zwischen 5.000 und 9.000 Pfund pro Monat kostet!

Neben den Pflegekosten sind die Mieten hoch, und man muss Grundsteuern zahlen, sich um Sicherheit sorgen, hohe Nebenkosten tragen, hat weniger Wohnraum und muss für gute Lebensmittel und Getränke viel bezahlen.

Henning hoffte, dass die Schwierigkeiten mit dem Klerus und dem Adel in Malta bald gelöst werden würden, damit die giftige Gruppendynamik im religiösen Reich nachlassen würde.

Der effektivste Weg, dies zu erreichen, ist, darüber zu schreiben und es zu veröffentlichen. Das ist vielleicht das Einzige, was wirklich hilft.

Normalerweise kommt man irgendwann an einen Punkt, an dem klar wird, ob der Adel einem ausreichend wohlgesonnen ist, d. h. ob man genügend Unterstützung hat, auf der man aufbauen kann, oder ob er sich eher gegen einen entscheiden wird, Kritik nicht akzeptiert und nicht wertschätzt und nicht bereit ist, seine Position zu Gunsten eines selbst zu ändern.

Wenn Letzteres absehbar ist, ist es höchste Zeit, das Territorium des Volkes zu verlassen.

Henning war bereits dabei, sein Unternehmen Devarai nach London zu verlegen. Er hat diese Entscheidung getroffen, weil die Einnahmen des Unternehmens gering waren und die Verwaltungs- und Buchhaltungskosten gesenkt werden mussten.

Eine kleine Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung in London kostet weniger als ein Drittel dessen, was sie in Malta kostet, und Henning hätte dann eine prestigeträchtige Geschäftsadresse in Clerkenwell, im Zentrum von London.

Ein offiziell englisches Unternehmen wäre auch für Investoren viel attraktiver, da dieser Umzug weniger Probleme mit Banken, Versicherungen und dem schlechten Ruf Maltas als Wirtschaftsstandort mit sich bringen würde.

Im Jahr 2018 war es für Henning dringend notwendig, Bayern und Deutschland zu verlassen.

Wäre Henning damals nicht nach Malta ausgewandert, wäre er wahrscheinlich nicht mehr unter uns.

Letzteres wurde deutlich, als Henning sein Buch über das menschliche Leben im Selbstverlag veröffentlichte und der bayerische Adel ihm eine letzte Warnung aussprach.

Unter Bekannten und Nachbarn schlecht über den Pfarrer und die Kirche zu reden, mit dem Nichtbezahlen der Kirchensteuer ein Exempel zu statuieren und sich so zu verhalten und zu benehmen, als wäre man ein Gegner der Religion, nicht praktizierend und unbeschäftigt mit toxischen religiösen Gruppendynamiken – all das ist meist leere Attitüden und völlig wirkungslos, um dem Klerus und seiner Kirche Einhalt zu gebieten.

Solange man in einem solchen Rahmen bleibt, gibt es nichts zu befürchten.

Im Gegenteil, wer im Alltag beiläufig seine Ablehnung der Kirche zum Ausdruck bringt, hilft damit, diejenigen zu entlarven, die letztlich dafür verantwortlich sind, dass die Leute keinen Bezug mehr zu Religion und Kirche haben und dass die Macht und der Einfluss der Kirche schwinden.

Diejenigen, die hauptsächlich um das Thema herumreden, ohne klare Aussagen zu machen oder Hintergründe zu liefern, die nie etwas Kritisches in schriftlicher Form veröffentlichen, handeln eigentlich immer im Interesse der Kleriker und ihrer Kirche, ein bisschen wie ein Spitzel, der herausfinden soll, wer in seinem Umfeld problematisch ist oder sein könnte.

Jede Kritik an der Kirche, die sie äußern, soll ihnen auf Dauer nicht anhaften. Deshalb machen sie das lieber hinter verschlossenen Türen, hauptsächlich hypothetisch, abstrakt und meist nur indirekt, und schon gar nicht aus ihrer persönlichen Lebenserfahrung und beruflichen Situation heraus. Bestenfalls verweisen sie auf andere, die letztlich für die Kritik verantwortlich sind.

Das Ziel ist, diejenigen zu verhindern und zu beseitigen, die eigentlich etwas Fundiertes (und vielleicht Neues) zu sagen und zu schreiben haben und dazu in der Lage sind.

Diese Leute sind die größte Gefahr für die Kleriker und die Kirche. Nichts ist wirksamer, um sie zu stoppen, als regelmäßig zu schreiben und zu veröffentlichen. Dabei ist es am besten, auf den eigenen Erfahrungsschatz zurückzugreifen und mit Beispielen aus dem Leben zu illustrieren.

Wenn der Klerus ausgeschaltet wird, hat das große Auswirkungen auf die Durchsetzungskraft des örtlichen Adels.

Es ist ein bisschen so, als würde man ihnen das Messer aus der Hand nehmen.
